I'm Goin' on a Picnic
We met up with some friends at the park today to have a big picnic. It was such a gorgeous day and it was awesome to have all of the kids together. Aaron and I were there with Jackson; Heather and Jason were there with Finn; Katie and Scott were there with Quinn; Kelly and Joe were there with Olivia; and Nick and Megan were there with Millie (and, as we found out, #2 is on the way!). Trying to take a picture of 5 kids under the age of 1, was much like herding cats. This is as good as it got. This picture cracks me up!

J at The K
We took Jackson to his first baseball game last night. The Red Sox were in town and so we thought we should show him how the game is supposed to be played. He had fun up untill the people behind us had a few too many and got pretty loud. At that point, we just walked around the park and showed Jackson around. We stopped by Guest Services and they gave Jackson a certificate to commemorate his first game - it's got his name on it and everything!

"Dad, I know I'm not really old enough, but your beer smells awesome. May I try it? Pleeeeease?"

Playing in the Grass
The weather has been pretty nice here lately, so we've taken the opportunity to do more outdoorsy stuff. Yesterday, we went out in the front yard and played in the grass. It was Jackson's first experience with the green stuff, and I think he kinda liked it.
Easter
The Easter Bunny came to our house for the first time this year. Here's Jackson's Easter basket:
And here is Jackson IN his Easter basket. We figured this would probably be the only year we could actually get this shot, so we thought we should do it.

Thanks for the basket, GJ & Grumps. Thanks for the soft ducky, Granddaddy and Grandma Jean.
